It was too cold and rainy to participate with our church's Treats & Trunks this year, so we decided to stay home and pass out candy. We've only done this one other year since we're usually at church. It was nice to stay in and stay warm! Elsa loved getting dressed up in her ladybug costume and Gavin squeezed into his "Mommy's Little Pumpkin" outfit (it's a newborn and he's gotten a tad big for it!).

Mommy's Little Pumpkin!
Elsa and Chad opened the front door, got the candy bowl ready, and lit the jack-o-lantern. We were open for business! Elsa stood at the front door with the candy bowl just looking out. She had no idea what she was waiting for and was a little confused when the first trick-or-treater came by :). Chad helped her give him some candy and then she continued waiting. Sadly, we only had three kids come by, but each time Elsa enjoyed giving them candy. She also thought it was lots of fun to find the suckers in the candy bowl and bang them all over everything!
