This weekend Elsa had the chance to stay at Sandy Pines without Mommy and Daddy. She got to practice what it will be like when Mommy and Daddy have to go to the hospital for her brother to be born - just her with Nana and Papa. She did great! She had so much fun playing inside and outside, reading books, singing songs, cuddling, and exploring. She napped great both days and slept all through the night both nights! We are so proud of her!
While Elsa was away - we had the weekend to ourselves - it seemed so strange to have an entire weekend kid free. We've been away from her overnight, but not for two nights. We missed her like crazy, but spent time doing things we haven't been able to do in a while. Since it was our anniversary weekend we loved the one on one time.
We were so excited to see her today when we picked her up and we came home and had a nice anniversary meal together as a family.

She also really likes the Little Tot Center and had tons of fun playing with the babies, groceries, train, and coloring.
