Gavin's Four Months Old

I really cannot believe four months has went by since we brought our 7 lb 10 oz handsome little guy home!  Gavin is becoming so much fun!  He laughs, coos, smiles, and "talks" all the time.  He enjoys playing with his toys and loves to watch Elsa run all over!  His transition into daycare is going quite well.  His teachers say he's a very happy little boy - which we know!  :)

Gavin here are your Four Month Memories:

*You have your four month well-baby visit next week so we'll find out for sure how big you are then, but we're guessing you're somewhere around 16 or 17 pounds.
*You are wearing 3-6 month clothes and size 3 diapers.
*You eat every 3 hours.  When you nurse you usually eat for 10-15 minutes total and when you eat a bottle you eat 4 ounces.  
*You stay awake for about an hour and a half at a time and then you're ready for a nap.  So you take four naps a day and you'll nap anywhere from 45 minutes to one and a half hours.
*At night you have your bath, which you love to splash in the water, listen to some stories and songs, and then you're ready for bed.  You go to bed around 8:00 or 8:30 and usually sleep until 1:00 or 2:00 and then you're ready to eat again.  You don't take long to eat at this time and go back to sleep quickly and usually sleep until 6:45 or 7:00 and then you're ready to go for the day.    
*You like to be swaddled when you sleep.  
*You are starting to like your paci more.  
*You are a very content little guy.  You enjoy sitting or laying and playing.  You really like your play mat and Elsa loves to play on it with you.  You also like to sit in your new seat and look all around.  You're starting to like being in your jump-a-roo too!  
*You love your hands!  Everything goes directly into your mouth!  Recently you've taken to some crinkly books and do everything you can to get them in your mouth.  
*You smile when you hear Mommy, Daddy, or Elsa.  You love to watch Elsa run all around - it makes you smile and laugh.
