Curious George came to the library today! We sang a monkey song, heard a monkey story, and then Curious George stopped by! Elsa and Gavin were both really excited to see George. We stood in a very long line and finally had the chance to meet George. Elsa had asked in advance if she could give George a hug, but once we got to him, she wasn't quite sure what to do. She gave him a high five and a small hug and sat on his lap with a giant smile! Gavin on the other hand freaked out when I tried to sit him on George's lap. He stood a little ways away from George and stopped screaming long enough so that I could take a picture, but was not happy about it!
