Wow! We got a LOT of snow between yesterday and today! Chad went out to snow blow this morning and the snow was up to his knees in the driveway. After he made it so the rest of us could actually walk, we headed out to play in the snow. The snow was too deep in our yard for the kids to play in so we put them in their sleds and went for a walk down the road to check out all the snow. We walked to the park and when we got there it hadn't been plowed. The snow was up to my thighs in some areas! Clearly, pulling sleds through that wouldn't work, so we carried the kids to the playground - talk about a good workout! :) It was fun to play on the frozen playground. Snow was everywhere and super deep, so Elsa struggled to walk and Gavin had to be carried. We went down a few slides and made the rounds and then headed back home for some yummy hot cocoa! What a fun way to spend our Saturday morning!

| This is how Gavin rode to the park. |

| Arriving at the park and seeing all the snow! Elsa was just standing on top of it. |
 |
| Her boot is actually touching the snow that is drifted up to the slide. |

This picture makes me smile. She told us she was making a snow angel and now when I look at the picture, you can't even see her eyes!
