We were able to spend the actual day of Gavin's birthday together as a family once school was done for the day. He chose to go to Build-a-Bear and was very excited to make his own special bear. He ended up picking a Pikachu stuffed animal and was very engaged in the whole process. After that we went out to AppleBee's (his choice) and enjoyed a yummy meal.
Elsa picked out a couple of presents to give to Gavin tonight. Mommy and Daddy got him his Pikachu.
On Saturday we had his birthday party with family. He wanted a spooky themed party so we did our best to accommodate and the kiddos all got to wear costumes. It was a very fun day! Gavin really enjoyed playing with his cousins and loved all the spooky decorations. Such a fun day for our special five year old boy!
