We took our first family trip to Dutch Village for the summer. The kids just love it here and it's fun to see them so excited! Elsa was really excited to ride the ferris wheel, Gavin had no interest in it this year. They both really liked it last year, but Gavin wanted to just play on the wooden shoe park or the cars while Elsa and Daddy rode the ferris wheel. However, after about two times around Elsa was giving a thumbs down (the signal to stop the ride) and quickly got off. She didn't like it this year! I couldn't believe it. So we spent some time with the animals - feeding and holding them. The kids both rode the zip line, swings, carousel, pumper cars, and even tried Dutch dancing. They had a great time!
Getting ready for their ride!
She just loves to ride the swings all by herself.
The carousel - Gavin chose a bench seat and Elsa, of course, rode a horse.
Pumper car fun! Gavin did so great with these this year, last summer he needed some help.
